Please note that all earrings are carefully made with love and are subject to slight variations (in colour, design and shape) due to their handmade nature. Therefore, no two earrings will be exactly the same. Exact colour of earrings may vary slightly from what is shown in stock photos.
Jenny Be Free earrings are made with different materials such as 18/24K gold-plated or nickel-free earring posts. I always include two backs so if you have sensitive ears, you are good to go!
I am constantly working on improving my processes, methods, and supplies to create one of a kind accessories. I inspect each piece before packaging any orders to ensure they are A-OK!
I will honour requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note, I can’t cancel an order past 24 hours.
If you're unhappy with your item once it has been received, please let me know immediately so I can try to resolve any issue that may have been a mistake on my part.
Buyer must pay return shipping if a return is requested. If you do not contact me within three days of delivery, I will not issue refunds, grant returns, or mail replacements.
All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies (that fall within a normal range for a handmade item) may occur. Examples of these may include very small bubbles, slight variances of colour from what appears on screen, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these.
I cannot replace items if they break or are otherwise damaged while in your possession, or with regular use. I am not liable or responsible for replacing lost earrings that fall off and get lost during use.
Many styles of earrings may be fragile and delicate, and must be handled with care - which means that if you bend the parts, scratch the surface, or pull roughly on the components attached with jump rings, they will likely break. I will not replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling after they’re safely delivered to you.
I am not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item or if a package is lost by Canada Post, and I will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for issues that may be caused by Canada Post, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. However, please contact me if you have questions or concerns.
As a one-woman show, any purchases have a 3-5 business day processing time. This does NOT include shipping time. During checkout you will have the option to choose Tracked Shipping, or ground shipping.
