RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you're unhappy with your item once it has been received, please let us know immediately. We're happy to work together to resolve any issue—whether it's a mistake on our end or yours.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you do not contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will not issue refunds, accept returns, or mail replacements.
HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
All of our items are handmade, which means small variations and imperfections are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These may include tiny bubbles, subtle differences in color compared to screen appearance, or minor marks that don’t affect the overall aesthetic or functionality.
Returns will not be accepted on the basis of these handmade characteristics.
DAMAGE & CARE
We do not replace items that are damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or breakage once in your possession. This includes:

Lost earrings

Items damaged from bending, pulling, or scratching

Fragile parts broken due to rough handling
Please handle your pieces with care—especially those with delicate components like jump rings.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by Canada Post or any shipping carrier once your order leaves our hands. We do not offer refunds for:

Lost packages

Delayed deliveries

Stolen items
That said, we want you to be happy! If you’re concerned about a shipment, don’t hesitate to reach out.
U.S. CUSTOMERS – DUTIES & TARIFFS
Due to recent trade changes between Canada and the U.S., your order will have import duties or tariffs upon arrival. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose not to pay these fees and your package is returned:

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping and any customs charges will be deducted from your refund.

If the package is abandoned and not returned, no refund will be issued.
- If handmade item can't be resold, (charm jewelry) we will offer a 50% refund.
We recommend checking your local import rules or contacting your customs office before ordering.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to evaluate and make it right.

REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
